What is drowning you? What is weighing you down? Find emotional and spiritual health through a Northview Life-Recovery Group called Take Your Life Back.
Northview's Teaching Pastor Steve Arterburn and Misty Arterburn lead the group. Steve is a bestselling author and syndicated radio host. Misty leads several Life-Recovery Groups at Northview and has co-authored a number of books with Steve.
The group time is divided into three sections. Steve and Misty begin by teaching on topics related to emotional and spiritual health, which is followed by small-group discussion. During the last part of the meeting, participants ask the Arterburns questions.
Some find the insight and support needed to deal with challenges and move forward. Others discover they would like more support for their particular challenge and are encouraged to check out a Life Recovery Group or consider counseling.
Topics are rotating, and the content is fresh each week. The group may discuss topics like finding freedom from a reactive life, grieving our losses and embracing reality, or forgiveness and restoration.
Carmel and Kokomo campuses start their groups the week of Oct. 20. Anderson and Greater Lafayette campuses will launch their groups in January. Contact your campus for more information on specific dates/times/locations.
