The Multisite Director’s primary responsibility is to lead the Campus Lead Team, supervising each of our campus pastors. In addition, he/she will lead the expansion and development strategies for new multisite campuses. This position is an exempt full-time leadership position in the Multisite ministry.
The minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in a related field plus, five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Related experience would be in leadership or business administration for a large church.
