Northview is accepting applications for a full-time Ministry Associate Coordinator. The Ministry Associate Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to run point on the execution of the Ministry Associate initiative at Northview. This position will work with ministry teams, campus teams, and internal support teams to accomplish these goals in executing the strategy to inform, recruit, train, and coach our Ministry Associates at Northview.
The minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree and two to three years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience would be in event planning, volunteer mobilization, and project management.
Personal characteristics, traits or qualities valuable for an employee working in this position include: detail oriented, team player, well organized and possess good communication, planning and administrative skills. Must have a passion to serve our community. Must be willing to work evening and weekend hours on occasion.
