Human Resources Ministry Assistant

Northview Church is currently accepting applications for a Human Resources Ministry Assistant. The primary responsibility is to provide assistance in the planning and implementation of projects and events.  This role’s secondary responsibility is to provide clerical support to the Human Resources team. This position is a nonexempt Full-Time hourly position in the Human Resources department and reports to the Human Resources Director. 

Minimum requirements include an Associate’s degree, plus one to three years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience would be in event planning, project management, administration, or personnel management. Personal characteristics, traits or qualities valuable for an employee working in this position include: friendly, organized, detail oriented, strong communication and administrative skills.
