The primary responsibility of the Family Ministry Production Director is to provide technical and production support for all environments within the Family Ministry at all of Northview’s Campuses. This includes the oversight and training of production teams and managing of all technical and production elements for all events and services within the Family Ministry.
Minimum qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience and/or training. Related experience would include live audio, video, lighting, stagecraft, and leading a team. Must be familiar with current technical and production equipment and philosophies.
Personal characteristics valuable for an employee in this position include strong leader, multitasker, detail oriented, team player, and possess a positive attitude.
This position is a nonexempt full-time hourly position in the Weekend Services Ministry and reports to the Production Director.
