The Communications Director/Pastor’s primary responsibility is to develop, coordinate and implement a strategy for all campuses that will effectively communicate Northview’s vision, mission and values to both our internal community (congregation) and target community (unchurched people). This position is an exempt full-time leadership position in the Communications Ministry.
The minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in Communications, Marketing, or related field plus, three to five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Related experience would be in Communications Management, Marketing, Employee Management, Project Management, and Directing Technology Needs for a progressively responsible business, church or nonprofit organization.
