Northview is currently accepting applications for a General Manager for Capstone Café and Bookstore at our Carmel Campus. The General Manager’s primary responsibility is to oversee and direct all ministry and business activities for the Café and Bookstore. This includes purchasing, store and employee management, customer service, inventory, advertising and promotion, community relations, and budget creation and supervision.
The minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree plus three to five years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience would be in retail management, small business management, or management within the food industry; preferably in a book store or coffee shop. This position requires weekend hours.
