Operations, Part-Time

Northview is looking for a part-time (up to 24 hours/week) Building and Grounds Coordinator for our Greater Lafayette Campus. The primary responsibility is to manage, create and help maintain an attractive, safe and welcoming environment for guests. In addition, the Building and Grounds Coordinator will build-up and provide leadership to the grounds and maintenance volunteers and contractors.

The minimum qualifications are an Associate’s Degree or equivalent; plus two years of related experience. Related experience would be working in Facilities or Grounds Management, or supervising in a contractor environment. Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC is preferred.
