Northview is accepting applications for a 7th & 8th Grade Director/Pastor at our Carmel Campus. The primary responsibility is to lead, manage and develop the 7th & 8th grade students at Northview’s Carmel campus.
The minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus three to five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience would be working with middle school students, experience teaching, managing people and leading volunteers.
Personal characteristics, traits or qualities valuable for an employee working in this position include: strong leader, has a heart for students, strong communicator, relational and a team player.
