Northview is one church in multiple locations. Every weekend, the exact same message is either given live or streamed by video. You’ll experience contemporary worship and the integration of technology throughout the service. We maintain a casual atmosphere, so come as you are!
Northview Kids is our ministry for kids birth through fourth grade. During each weekend service, we engage kids in age-appropriate activities including small-group discussions, music, Scripture reading, games and large-group teaching to help them grow in their relationship with God.
Our Northview Students service geared toward fifth and sixth grade students is offered every Sunday morning during our 9 a.m. service. Students will experience a service with live worship, small group discussion and a message geared for their age group. Students in seventh to twelfth grade are invited to join the weekend service in our main auditorium.

Greater Lafayette Northview Kids Director
Kayleigh is the Northview Kids Director at the Greater Lafayette Campus, and her job is to love on the kids and families that come through Northview’s doors. She also coordinates volunteers and helps relay Northview’s vision to parents. She graduated in May 2014 from Anderson University then moved to West Lafayette. She is married and enjoys reading, crafts, thrift shops and Netflix.
Greater Lafayette Campus Ministry Assistant
Jocelyn is Northview's Ministry Assistant at our Greater Lafayette Campus. She assists all of our campus staff in communications and scheduling, as well as keeping the office running smoothly. Before coming to Northview Jocelyn was a pre-school teacher. She came to work for Northview as a result of searching for passion and purpose in her job. Jocelyn is a make-up enthusiast. She also loves reading and eating Mexican food. Jocelyn's hidden talent: playing the flute since 5th grade.
Greater Lafayette Campus Worship Pastor
As the Worship Pastor at Northview’s Greater Lafayette campus, Brandon Collins helps to plan services with the creative team and he also mentors musicians and audio/visual producers. Prior to his time here, Brandon has served as a volunteer for Young Life, he ran a wedding business, and he has written and produced original music. Originally from West Virginia, Brandon and his wife, Meghan, are the “parents” of Buddy and Jake, best described as “two dinosaur-sized dogs.” In his free time, Brandon enjoys time outdoors, whether it’s riding his motorcycle, camping, fishing or traveling.
Greater Lafayette Student Ministry Pastor
Aaron oversees the programs for students in 5th through 12th grade at the Greater Lafayette Campus. Aaron recently graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Christian Education and Biblical Literature. Aaron and his family have attended Northview since he was in 3rd grade. Aaron's mom and dad, Mark and Karen, both work for Northview as well. He has an older brother, David, and two younger sisters, Katie and Emily. When Aaron is not serving at Northview he enjoys running. He also enjoys being outside and watching movies. Aaron's hidden talents include card tricks, one-handed clapping, and holding his breath!
Greater Lafayette Campus Pastor
Dave serves as our Greater Lafayette Campus Pastor. Before coming to Northview he was the Worship and Communications Pastor at Five14 Church in Columbus, OH. Dave grew up in Hamilton County. He and his wife, Lauren, are excited to be back in the area to be a part of what God is doing here. In his free time, you can find Dave playing basketball or disc golf, playing guitar or watching The Office with his wife. He loves all things coffee and new technology.
Steve serves as the Lead Pastor at Northview. Before being recruited by elders to come to Northview, Steve worked in the business world and served as Lead Pastor at Caring First Church in St. Joseph, Mo. Steve and his wife, Sandy, have two children and seven grandchildren. Steve enjoys spending time with Sandy, traveling, going to the movies, reading and eating at new restaurants. He also won a chocolate chip cookie contest when he was in junior high school.
Greater Lafayette Campus Building and Grounds Coordinator
Jon is our Greater Lafayette Campus Building and Grounds Coordinator. He oversees project development, building maintenance and construction needs. Before coming to Northview Jon owned his own landscaping company that focused on sound environmental practices and sustainability. Jon and his wife, Veronica, have two sons and a daughter. When he's not serving at Northview, Jon is a Cubmaster at Klondike Elementary, where he enjoys taking the students on nature outings like camping and canoeing. He links what they see in nature back to God.
