Fishers Campus Northview Students Pastor
Rod is the Fishers Campus Northview Students Pastor. He is responsible for mentoring and encouraging students, developing leaders, building relationships and providing experiences for students that will deepen their faith and help them understand servanthood. Before coming to Northview, Rod was the Student Ministry Pastor at Bayside Church in Clearwater, FL. He and his wife, Ashley, have two kids and a dog named Thor. Rod's hometown is Murfreesboro, TN, and he loves Tennessee football and the mountains. He also
Fishers Campus Worship Pastor
Thad is the Worship Pastor at our Fishers Campus. He has a bachelor's degree in Media Production from American Intercontinental University. Thad and his wife, Natali, along with their two children, moved to Indiana from Katy, TX. Thad enjoys music, movies, baseball, the beach, snowboarding and dirt bikes.
Fishers Campus Northview Kids Elementary Coordinator
Suzanne was an assistant principal for 5 years at Wylie Independent School District in Wylie, Texas. She is now the Northview Kids Elementary Coordinator at the Fishers Campus. Suzanne and her husband, Tony, have two children, Hannah and Andrew. Suzanne enjoys spending time bowling with her family, watching movies and playing arcade games together. She also enjoys getting together with extended family a couple times month. Some of Suzanne's strengths are being artistic and organizing things, but her truly hidden talent is being able to wiggle her ears.
Fishers/Anderson Campus Building and Grounds Coordinator
Randy is the Building and Grounds Coordinator at our Anderson and Fishers campuses. He is responsible for handling all aspects of maintenance for the building and grounds, as well as organizing outside vendors and volunteers. Prior to working for Northview, Randy was the Production Manager and Facilities Manager at Piezo Technologies. He and his wife, Barb, have a son, a daughter and two poodles. When he isn't serving at Northview, Randy likes to work on home improvement projects, play golf, and work with HO model trains. Randy's hidden talent: making up song lyrics when he doesn't know the real lyrics.
Senior Pastor
Steve serves as the Senior Pastor at Northview. Before being recruited by elders to come to Northview, Steve worked in the business world and served as Lead Pastor at Caring First Church in St. Joseph, Mo. Steve and his wife, Sandy, have two children and seven grandchildren. Steve enjoys spending time with Sandy, traveling, going to the movies, reading and eating at new restaurants. He also won a chocolate chip cookie contest when he was in junior high school.
Fishers Campus Northview Kids Director
Jeanne leads Northview Kids, which is a ministry for kids ages birth through sixth grade at Northview's Fishers campus. She coordinates schedules and prepares classrooms and the curriculum each week. Before coming to Northview, Jeanne was teaching at an elementary school but felt God lead her to the church. She and her husband, John, the Fishers campus pastor, have two children, Emily and Abby. Jeanne loves to spend her time with her family and taking prayer walks.
Fishers Campus Pastor
As the Fishers Campus Pastor, on weekends John dedicates babies, baptizes and gives a final challenge and prayer to close each service. During the week, he leads Bible study, staff meetings, hospital visits, individual counseling appointments and more. John's wife, Jeanne, is the Fishers Campus Northview Kids Director, and they have two daughters, Emily and Abby. During his free time, John fly-fishes, archery-hunts and walks around the house turning off the lights in rooms after the girls. John has perfected the duck call and finds it entertaining to hide behind a tree and give duck calls.
Fishers Campus Ministry Assistant
Ruth began working at Northview in August 2015 as the Ministry Assistant for the Fishers Campus. Before working at Northview, she was the owner of a local cupcake shop called Sweet Home Cupcakes. Ruth has been married to John for more than 22 years. While their two kids are in college, their dog, Mosley, will keep them company. In her free time, she reads and visits with friends.
