Communion, Prayer & Pastoral Care
We believe strongly in caring for the spiritual needs, particularly for those who attend Northview. Some of the ways we do that are through serving communion, offering prayer support and providing pastoral care.
Each weekend, we offer a time of prayer and communion in the Chapel. We also have a designated prayer time with our Prayer Ministry, where those who would like prayer can receive it.
Our Pastoral Care team helps to care for those who are battling any sort of illness or surgery. From making phone calls to personal visits, we strive to love, listen and care for those who are hurting.

Life Groups
Life Groups are a key part of Northview. Special events, called Life Group launches, help kick-off the start of new groups forming. This is a great serving opportunity that happens only a couple times a year (during this time we are looking for people who are willing to open up their homes and be a HOST to a small group. If you are willing to have a group in your home, please let us know!)
Our Leadership Appreciation dinner/Event is held once a year. Greeters, hosts, servers, cooks, dishwahers, set-up help/take down help all make this event a huge success. This is usually held in the spring/summer.

Office
If you enjoy office tasks, there is always plenty to do behind-the-scenes. Throughout the week, volunteers come in on a regular basis, as well as for special tasks and jobs, to help with office jobs. Sometimes this is preparing a mailing to go out; other times it might be putting together gift bags for our first-time guests.
These tasks are essential to Northview. You don't have to be an expert or be ready to commit an entire day each week. Even if you can just give a few hours a month, there is a spot for you to serve through the office ministry.
