Adam helps with all things related to worship, planning, programming and lighting/video for weekend services, as well as managing the worship arts volunteers. Alba currently works her as one of our weekend receptionists.  In her job she can be found answering the telephone and helping anyone who needs assistance during the weekend services.  She has been working at Northview since the summer of 2007.  Alba was initially introduced to Northview by a friend who invited her to attend during Friend Day.  She loves to spend time with her family which includes her husband, Doug, and three children. Amanda helps out with students in junior high by coordinating D.I.V.E. small groups, mentoring young ladies, heading up ministry for jr. high girls and just having fun. Amanda and her husband, Jonathan, decided to stick around at Northview after searching for a church home and falling in love with the missions emphasis here. Becky works in our Accounting department, by entering contributions, posting and making deposits and printing checks for church expenses. Outside of work, Becky enjoys cat sitting, reading and relaxing on a white sand beach, while listening to the ocean's waves crash on the shore. Beth designs and creates all printed material, as well as graphics for the web site and weekend services. Outside of work, Beth loves painting, knitting, reading and relaxing on a wam, sandy beach. Brooke began working as Northview’s Communications Coordinator in January 2012, and in this capacity she takes care of media relations, public relations, social media, advertising, volunteer management, and writing and editing various things for the church, including the worship programs. Brooke and her family came to Northview ten years ago. Her dream job would be to be the editor of American Girl magazine where she could encourage young girls to appreciate and create history. In her spare time, Brooke likes to read, dance and dine out. She loves going to museums and concerts, and she also enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Cookie and Mary Jane. Derek leads our Life Group ministry by equipping Life Group leaders to live out the core values of relationships, spiritual growth and reaching out within their groups. He also provides oversight to our Marriage & Family ministries. He joined Northview's staff in 2006. Derek and his wife, Missy, have three children, a dog and two cats. As Assimilation Pastor, Doug plays a variety of leadership roles in developing and overseeing First Touch volunteers, leading our Roundabout strategy for getting Northview guests engaged in church and being "point man" for our multi-site initiative. Greg oversees all staff and volunteers that make weekend services happen. He moved to Hamilton County and joined the staff in April 2010. Jessica came on staff in January 2005. Joe became Northview’s Children’s Pastor in January 2012. In this capacity, he oversees all of the children’s ministry programs affecting children from birth through fourth grade. Joe has always wanted to be a children’s pastor, so we know that now he is realizing his ultimate job experience! Joe came to Northview as a guest of a friend. John began serving as Campus Pastor at Northview’s Geist church in January 2012. Previously, John served with Campus Crusade for Christ and worked in student ministry and at Shepherd Community Center. In his current role, John serves as the Lead Pastor at the Northview Geist campus, performing all the new church satellite’s pastoral and leadership duties. John loves sharing his faith. Judy is one of the smiling faces that greets you if you step in to the office at our Carmel campus. Her other duties include answering the phone and helping people find where they need to go (or guessing where they should go!). She also works as a part-time barista at Capstone. Judy and her husband, Steve, began attending Northview in 1989, with their three sons. They have a cat named Princess, and in her free time, Judy loves growing things in her gardens. Judy keeps the office running at North Beach, our student ministry, by helping with data entry, mailings, copying and record keeping for trips and events. K. Paul's responsibility is to help lead Northview into becoming Good Neighbors right next door and around the world by reaching out as the hands and feet of Christ Jesus. K. Since 2007, Kim has provided administrative support to our Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor and Teaching Pastor, as well as helped with general office responsibilities. Kurt is our student ministry pastor for our high schoool students. He has been on staff at Northview since 2004 and only has a few gray hairs to show for it. Lauren helps to find creative ways to communicate the message, mission and vision of the church and its ministries, through use of graphic design, print and technology. Liz works on administrative and office tasks for our Student Ministry Pastor Dave, so that he is freed up to focus on ministering to the students and families at North Beach. Lynn supports assimiliation by helping people get connected to Northview through Starting Point and membership classes and provides support to the First Touch volunteer teams. Mary Ann is one of the people who keeps all the people in Northview Kids organized. Working alongside our children's ministry staff, she helps coordinate teams to make things happen that align with the vision set forth by our children's pastor. Monica serves on the Northview staff as our Local Outreach Coordinator, allowing her to connect Northview Church members to opportunities to serve people in our community. Monica moved to our area four years ago and visited Northview once and has been attending ever since. Monica enjoys hanging out with her family, which includes husband, Josh, and four-year-old twins, Josiah and Elijah, as well as 6-month-old Easton. She also enjoys spending time with her friends over a cup of coffee. Marcia maintains the property that God has entrusted to Northview by coordinating volunteer teams and supporting the other ministries. She joined Northview's staff in February 2005. As Executive Pastor, Mark helps by providing daily oversight to Northview's staff team and ministries. He also serves as an elder, leads a Life Group and helps with the running aspect of our sports outreach. You'll usually find Matt leading worship during the weekend services, but throughout the week, he helps plan those services, too. Matt started on staff in 2006. Matt and his wife, Heather, have two daughters and a daughter-dog, Mimi. Someday, he hopes to be on TLC's "What Not to Wear" panel, but in the meantime, he spends his spare time writing, drinking coffee, spending time with his family and friends and playing Angry Birds. Raegan serves as the Outreah Ministry Assistant, and her role includes managing the administration of GO trips, overseeing the outreach office volunteer staff and leading the Partner Care team. Rick provides leadership to all things related to the building and grounds, finances, administrative and Capstone. He is a volunteer leader of the Northview Prayer Ministry. Rose is one of our weekend receptionist which greets and assist church members, volunteers, and staff during services on the weekends.  Rose loves to spend time with her husband Blain and their two children. Ruth helps in the day-to-day organization of the Life Groups department, by keeping groups and members updated in our database, planning training for leaders and helping put appreciation events together for volunteers. Sarah serves as our Urban Ministry Coordinator, which allows her to connect Northview volunteers to service opportunities in our local urban areas. Sarah has been attending Northview since she came at the invitation of a friend in 2011. She describes her current role as her "dream job" because she is now able to help connect people with serving opportunities while watching them grow spiritually. When she is not working, Sarah likes to travel, read, cook and spend time with her friends and family, and her Maltese dog, Oscar, and cat, Sydney. Sandy is the one behind-the-scenes who manages an active preschool & kindergarten program during the weekdays here at Northview. Shanna is the one that manages any and everything relating to children between birth and pre-kindergarten ages. She also helps out with the volunteers who serve in Northview Kids. As Next Steps Pastor, Stan teaches and preaches. In addition, he oversees the church's core value of spiritual growth and leads our Next Step ministries.
