Alba currently works her as one of our weekend receptionists.  In her job she can be found answering the telephone and helping anyone who needs assistance during the weekend services.  She has been working at Northview since the summer of 2007.  Alba was initially introduced to Northview by a friend who invited her to attend during Friend Day.  She loves to spend time with her family which includes her husband, Doug, and three children. Amanda Arroyo is Northview’s First Impressions / GraceWorks Coordinator.  Amanda has the awesome task of running the Kids Welcome Team, helping kids as they take their first steps in experiencing God’s amazing love at Northview.  As the GraceWorks Coordinator, Amanda ensures that children with special needs or who are medically fragile – and their families - can fully experience worship at the church. Andrea McCaffrey serves as the Weekend Implementation Coordinator.  Andrea and her family - husband Matt and children Rowan and Julianna – left behind the beautiful state of Oregon to come bring Andrea’s Worship Arts skills to Indiana.   From their after-dinner dance parties to light-saber fights to Property Brothers marathons, this family knows how to have fun!  While Andrea’s dream job would be serving as a worship leader, in her current position, Andrea makes our worship services possible as the “behind the scenes” coordinator for weekend events.  You can contact Andrea at:  andrea.mccaffrey@northviewchurch.us.

Audra serves as the Next Steps Ministry Assistant, helping Next Steps Pastor Stan Killebrew interface with Next Steps Ministry leaders. She also assists with Northview University, takes care of the “business” side of the Next Steps ministry, and serves as the contact for Northview’s in-house scheduling system. Audra began attending Northview in 2003 and began working here in 2006. When she is not here at Northview, she likes to spend time in Tennessee on the water with her family (husband of 23 years, Mark, and son, Mason), scrapbook, dine out, and create family “movies.” Audra’s dream job would be to be a professional organizer. Becky works in our accounting department, entering contributions, posting and making deposits and printing checks for church expenses. Outside of work, Becky enjoys cat-sitting, reading and relaxing on a white-sand beach, while listening to the ocean's waves crash on the shore. Beth designs and creates all printed material, as well as graphics for the web site and weekend services. Outside of work, Beth loves painting, knitting, reading and relaxing on a warm, sandy beach. Her dream job would be to be a baker and create cupcakes, cookies and cakes, decorated artistically and with a heavenly taste. Brooke began working as Northview’s Communications Coordinator in January 2012, and in this capacity she takes care of media relations, public relations, advertising, volunteer management, and writing and editing various things for the church, including the worship programs. Brooke and her family came to Northview ten years ago. If she could have any job in the world, she'd love to be a mobile DJ and wedding singer. In her spare time, Brooke likes to read, dance and dine out. She loves going to museums and concerts, and she also enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Cookie and Mary Jane. Derek leads our Life Groups ministry by equipping Life Group leaders to live out the core values of relationships, spiritual growth and reaching out within their groups. He also provides oversight to our Marriage & Family ministries. He joined Northview's staff in 2006. Derek and his wife, Missy, have three children, a dog and two cats. As Assimilation Pastor, Doug plays a variety of leadership roles in developing and overseeing First Touch volunteers, leading our Roundabout strategy for getting Northview guests engaged in church and being "point man" for our multi-site initiative. Glen helps with the general maintenance in and around the Northview campus. He and his wife Cindy have been a part of Northview for more than eight years, and they love attending with their children, Courtney, Kelsi, Lexi and Christian. As a dream job, Glen would love to be a mission leader or to be teaching young kids. Besides playing with their dog, Zoey, Glen spends his time with his family, reading, and playing volleyball or Frisbee golf.

Greg oversees all staff and volunteers that make weekend services happen. He moved to Hamilton County and joined the staff in April 2010. Gretchen loves working with children and is an Office Assistant and Pre-K Teacher, working in a classroom with 4 and 5 year olds. Jason started working at Northview in March of 2007 and is currently the Director of Production and Video. In this capacity, he oversees all of the video production at Northview which includes shooting, editing and archiving for the church’s weekend services as well as for Northview’s website. Additionally, he is in charge of designing, building stage props and décor for weekend services and oversees the many volunteers who make these things possible. When not working at Northview, Jason can be found watching movies, DJing weddings and parties, and spending time with his family, including his beautiful wife, Cara. Jennifer is Northview’s Life Groups Ministry Assistant, working closely with Life Groups Pastor Derek Irvin. She also likes to read, scrapbook and attend Bible study. Jennifer found Northview Church after a lifelong friend invited her to attend Northview’s Alpha Course. Jennifer began working as Northview’s Director of Life Group Placement in January 2012, and in this capacity she helps people in our congregation find a Life Group and ensures they have a good experience within their Life Group. Originally, Jennifer was invited to New Friend Weekend and she has been at Northview ever since. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, which includes husband Kerry, daughters Emily, Jessica and Nora, as well as their “crazy” family dog, Ellie. Jessica came on staff in January 2005. Joe became Northview’s Children’s Pastor in January 2012. In this capacity, he oversees all of the children’s ministry programs affecting children from birth through fourth grade. Joe has always wanted to be a children’s pastor, so we know that now he is realizing his ultimate job experience! Joe came to Northview as a guest of a friend. In his spare time, Joe likes rowing, karate, watching sports and hanging out with his terrific family which includes Christy, Elijah, Selah, David, Elisabeth and their dog, Roxy. JoEllen serves as Receptionist and Pastoral Care Ministry Assistant.  In her position as receptionist, she greets visitors and directs telephone calls.  JoEllen's main job is as a "connector of people to people" and an "assistant to the assistants." John helps to care for the grounds and maintain Northview's property. When he's not at Northview, John works at the Noblesville Fire Department, spends time with his family and camps with his son. Judy is one of the smiling faces that greets you if you step in to the office at our Carmel campus. Her other duties include answering the phone and helping people find where they need to go (or guessing where they should go!). She also works as a part-time barista at Capstone. Judy and her husband, Steve, began attending Northview in 1989, with their three sons. They have a cat named Princess, and in her free time, Judy loves growing things in her gardens. Judy keeps the office running at Northview Students, our student ministry, by helping with data entry, mailings, copying and record keeping for trips and events. Since 2007, Kim has provided administrative support to our Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor, as well as helped with general office responsibilities. She also assists with scheduling of facilities, weddings, tax preparation and baby dedications. Outside of work, she helps lead PiYo and Teen Dance Fusion with Hilltop Fitness at Northview. Kurt is our student ministry pastor for our high schoool students. He has been on staff at Northview since 2004 and only has a few gray hairs to show for it. He and his wife, Brooke, have a son, Corbin, and a daughter, Quincy, so when Kurt is not working at Northview, you can sometimes find him playing on the monkey bars or even possibly involved in an epic light saber battle. Lauren helps to find creative ways to communicate the message, mission and vision of the church and its ministries, through use of graphic design, print and technology. Lauren loves spending time with friends and family, reading just about anything, including the newspaper every day, writing, being barefoot, speaking French and missions. Linda is always busy during the week, helping manage Northview Preschool & Kindergarten. Since she came on staff in 1995, Linda has been an integral part of the preschool & kindergarten team. Liz works on administrative and office tasks for our Early Childhood department. Liz and her husband, Steve, have two daughters, a dog and a cat. Liz and her family all enjoy watching TV, reading or playing a game together. Liz and Steve have talked about working at Disney World when they retire.

Loy works at the front desk on a part-time basis. Outside of work, Loy spends time harvesting maple syrup, knitting and helping other people. Lynn supports assimiliation by helping people get connected to Northview through Starting Point and membership classes and provides support to the First Touch volunteer teams. She also provides administrative support to the outreach department. Lynn loves going to flea markets and antique malls and spends her free time decorating homes, paper crafting and crocheting. Marcia maintains the property that God has entrusted to Northview by coordinating volunteer teams and supporting the other ministries. She joined Northview's staff in February 2005. As Executive Pastor, Mark helps by providing daily oversight to Northview's staff team and ministries. He also serves as an elder, leads a Life Group and helps with the running aspect of our sports outreach. You'll usually find Matt leading worship during the weekend services, but throughout the week, he helps plan those services, too. Matt started on staff in 2006. Matt and his wife, Heather, have two daughters and a daughter-dog, Mimi. Someday, he hopes to be on TLC's "What Not to Wear" panel, but in the meantime, he spends his spare time writing, drinking coffee, spending time with his family and friends and playing Angry Birds. Megan Chaffee serves at Northview as the Early Childhood Coordinator, corralling both volunteers and kiddos within Northview Kids children’s ministry. Megan and her husband Kyle will be welcoming a daughter of their own, adopted from Ethiopia. Melissa serves as the Fellowship One and Web Coordinator where she manages the church database, and website content for Northview.  Melissa and her husband Jamie are parents to their two girls, Peyton and Bailey. Michael Crowson joins the Northview Team as a Facilities Assistant, where he works to secure the building and address repair and maintenance issues. Michael and his wife, Leigh, are the proud human parents to their three fur kids Roxey, Sunny, and Zayne. Monica serves on the Northview staff as our Local Outreach Coordinator, allowing her to connect Northview Church members to opportunities to serve people in our community. Monica moved to the  area four years ago, and visited Northview once and has been attending ever since. Monica enjoys hanging out with her family, which includes husband, Josh, and twins, Josiah and Elijah, and their brother, Easton. She also enjoys spending time with her friends over a cup of coffee. Monica’s dream job would be to be the host of Travel Channel show where she would rate resorts, hotels and spas, which of course, she would have to visit often. Sounds rough, doesn’t it? Raegan serves as the Outreach Ministry Assistant, and her role includes managing the administration of GO trips, overseeing the Outreach office volunteer staff and leading the Partner Care team. Raegan has been attending Northview since 2009 and became part of the staff in 2011. In addition to her ministry at Northview Church, Raegan is a full-time student and enjoys spending time with her kids, reading, gardening, playing guitar and spending time with friends. Rick provides leadership to all things related to the building and grounds, finances, administrative and Capstone. He is a volunteer leader of the Northview Prayer Ministry. Rose is one of our weekend receptionists who greets and assists church members, volunteers and staff during services on the weekends.  Rose loves to spend time with her husband, Blain, and their two children. Sandy is the one behind the scenes who manages  preschool & kindergarten program during the weekdays here at Northview. She started attending Northview in 1995 after a move brought her family to the area. Sandy has a passion for kids, which is evident by the work she does! Shanna came on staff and began attending Northview in May 2007. Outside of work, Shanna loves photography, sports and being outdoors. She and her husband Jon live with a rather stubborn but cute bulldog, Bayley. 

Shaun oversees the audio/visual equipment and volunteers for Northview. He joined Northview's staff in June 2010. Shaun loves watching movies, sleeping and helping others with their tech stuff. As Next Steps Pastor, Stan oversees the church's core value of spiritual growth and leads our Next Step ministries. Stan and his wife, Dawn, have been married since 1995 and have five children. Tait is the IT Director at Northview, which has him overseeing all things related to the information technology and website development at Northview.  Tait and his wife moved to Carmel in 2007 and made Northview their church home soon after. He began his job as the Web Coordinator in March of 2012. If Tait could do any job in the world, he would drive in the 24 hours of Le Mans. When not working, Tait likes to play disc golf on campus, play his guitar or harmonica, play video games, listen to music, or throw Frisbee with his dog Cash. Todd focuses his time here at Northview on helping young people fall in love with Jesus, know their identity in Christ and make a difference in the world. When he is not with his wife, Christy, 12-year-old son, Clay, and 10-year-old daughter, Taylor, he likes to landscape, mountain bike and watch sports. Travis is the one who works in the Auditorium to create an environment where people can worship and enjoy worship and teaching without distractions, through integrating lighting and video animation into the weekend services. Val has been serving as Capstone Manager since July 2011. She has been at Northview for about nine years and truly loves working at Capstone. Her job entails overseeing the Capstone bookstore as well as making and serving yummy drinks and finding fun items to sell in the store. When she is not working, Val likes to spend time with her family, including husband, Matt, and her two daughters: Lauren, who is Northview’s Communication Director, and Morgan, who is a nurse. Additionally, she has two Sheltie dogs, Windy and Diamond, and two grand-dogs, Ellie and Geordie. Val is also a realtor and enjoys cooking and looking online at Pinterest in her spare time. Vicki handles finances and the ordering of supplies for Northview. She joined staff in 2003. Wayland Thompson is the Outreach Pastor at Northview, connecting people at the church with serving opportunities. Whether on the local, global or urban level, Wayland works to match our talents and passions with community needs and projects as we strive to be Christ’s hands and feet. Wayland has been attending Northview since 2005. In his free time, Wayland enjoys exploring God’s creation with his wife Kaleesha and his four children, as well as playing and coaching sports and traveling to new places. 

Zach joined Northview's staff on May 1, 2013, as Student Worship and Programming Coordinator for Northview Students. He leads student worship, oversees the worship programming and mentors and disciples student worship leaders and musicians. Zach enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, doing anything music related, and watching IU basketball, Colts football and Pacers basketball.
