Joe McAlpine is our Northview’s Children’s Pastor. He oversees all of the children’s ministry programs affecting children from birth through fourth grade. Joe has always wanted to be a children’s pastor, so we know that now he is realizing his ultimate job experience! 

Megan Chaffee serves at Northview as the Early Childhood Coordinator, corralling both volunteers and kiddos within Northview Kids children’s ministry. Megan and her husband Kyle will be welcoming a daughter of their own, adopted from Ethiopia. Megan enjoys reading, crafting and spending time with her family, and if she wasn’t here at Northview, her dream job would focus on wedding planning or owning a bakery. 

Liz Jewell works on administrative and office tasks in our Early Childhood department.  Liz and her husband, Steve, have two daughters, a dog and a cat. Liz and her family all enjoy watching TV, reading or playing a game together. Liz and Steve have talked about working at Disney World when they retire. 

Jason Hart is the Elementary Director in charge of kindergarten through 4th grade. The biggest part of his job is plugging in amazing volunteers to serve the kids and their families. He also prepares the curriculum for each weekend. He says it's incredible to see the kids get invested in by hundreds of volunteers every weekend.

Amanda Arroyo is Northview’s First Impressions / GraceWorks Coordinator. Amanda has the awesome task of running the Kids Welcome Team, helping kids as they take their first steps in experiencing God’s amazing love at Northview. As the GraceWorks Coordinator, Amanda ensures that children with special needs or who are medically fragile – and their families - can fully experience worship at the church. In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her daughter Naomi, walking, hiking, and reading.
